When a pipe lets go or a drain backs up, you don't need a sales pitch, you need a licensed technician at your door with the right parts on the truck. That's what we run in Piedmont every single day.
We built Street Wise - Plumbing around a simple idea: the plumber who shows up should be the same caliber of professional whether it's a leaking faucet or a full sewer line replacement. Every technician working under our name in Piedmont, CA is licensed, insured, and trained on the specific fixture ages and pipe materials common to homes here.
We've trained our team to diagnose the actual cause, not just patch the symptom. A slow drain in a Piedmont kitchen is rarely just the trap — it's often venting, slope, or a buildup problem further down the line, and we check all of it.
We keep a small, accountable roster rather than a rotating pool of subcontractors — the technician you talk to on the phone is trained to the same standard as the one who'll actually be standing in your Piedmont kitchen.
A surprising number of the emergency calls we take in Piedmont started as something small three or four days earlier. Here's what tends to escalate fast.
When water's actively coming out somewhere it shouldn't, minutes matter more than money. Our on-call technicians in Piedmont are dispatched with the parts and equipment to handle burst pipes, failed water heaters, and overflowing fixtures on the first trip.
From a running toilet that's quietly inflating your water bill to a full re-pipe of an older Piedmont home, our residential team handles the everyday and the extensive with the same attention to detail.
We work around your business hours where possible, not the other way around. Commercial clients across Piedmont, CA rely on us for scheduled maintenance, backflow prevention compliance, and rapid response when a fixture goes down mid-shift.
Our drain team runs camera line inspections before recommending anything invasive, so you're not paying for a dig-up when a hydro-jetting service would clear it.
We repair and install both traditional tank and tankless water heaters, and we'll walk you through sizing so you're not overpaying for capacity you don't need.
Rather than opening walls on a hunch, our technicians run listening equipment across the suspected line first, marking the leak within a foot or two before any cutting begins.
Faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, and shower valves get installed to code, with old connections checked for corrosion rather than just reused out of convenience.
You'll talk to an actual dispatcher in Piedmont, CA who asks a few quick questions to understand the problem and your address.
We route the closest qualified technician in Piedmont, and you'll get a realistic arrival window instead of a vague "sometime today."
Before a wrench touches anything, you'll get a written, upfront price for the repair — no surprise line items after the fact.
Once the fix is complete and tested, you get a written warranty — if something related fails, we come back and make it right.
You approve a flat price before we start — never a rate that climbs once the job's already underway.
Because our trucks are already staged around Piedmont, CA, we're rarely the "next week" plumber.
Every technician we send is licensed in CA and covered by full liability insurance — ask to see credentials on arrival.
Our workmanship warranty means the fix is expected to hold — and if it doesn't, that's on us to correct, not you.
